Subaru Savages

Baja‑bound • Human + Machine

Pre‑Launch Teaser

The Ultra Human meets the Savage Machine

Eric Steele and Mason Womack met a couple years ago, and within weeks they knew something big was brewing. Their skill sets—Eric’s ultra‑endurance grit and Mason’s gearhead precision—clicked into a perfect formula. Out of those late‑night talks was born a wild idea: take a Subaru‑DNA platform into the Baja. Two drivers, one vision, and a bond forged in the belief they could pull off something most only dream about.

No forms yet—this page is our opening salvo. Full site coming soon at SubaruSavages.com.

Why this works: endurance + engineering

Baja destroys the unprepared. Drivers aren’t just quick—they’re unbreakable. That’s Eric’s world: decades of ultrarunning where the race starts when comfort ends. Pair that with Mason’s mechanical instincts and rally‑bred thinking, and you get a program designed to finish what it starts.

  • Ultra mindset applied to stage endurance, night driving, and focus under fatigue.
  • On‑site wrenching culture: fix it in the dirt, finish the day.
  • Story equity: 60 + 20, not father/son—two lanes of grit converging.
  • Driver swaps by design: both learn maps, notes, and night ops from day one.

Program Milestones

  1. 1) Complete accredited Baja driver training (1–2 weeks, pass required)
  2. 2) Platform selection + race build spec
  3. 3) Shakedown & night ops drills
  4. 4) Media day + dealership launch
  5. 5) First sanctioned desert race entry

Note: Build commitment triggers only after driver school pass. Zero sunk cost risk pre‑qualification.
